Sales Order History Listing Page

Sales orders are loaded into the KommerceServer database via KS_ORDERS export. A quick search is available to lookup a sales order by number and an advanced search allows sales orders to be looked up based on PO, date range, part number ordered. You can navigate to the Sales Order History Listing page by selecting Customer Portal>Order History. The following image shows an example of the Sales Order History Listing page.

You can search for a particular sales order by entering specific search criteria in the search filters, or you can simply click the Search button without entering any search parameters to view all of your sales order information. Once you have found the sales order information you are looking for, you can export the information to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet by clicking the Excel button.
